柔性送丝系统中EMS小车关键调度算法的改进
Improvement of Key Scheduling Algorithm for EMS Vehicle in Flexible Cut Tobacco Conveying System

摘要: 为提高烟丝输送的动态性和灵活性,解决EMS小车在柔性送丝系统中抓取料箱效率偏低、无优先级别等问题,通过分析柔性送丝系统的总体结构和EMS小车通信接口,对EMS小车的关键调度算法进行了改进。通过确定各站点的优先级,实现了优先权动态列表算法,较好地解决了卷烟机多的站点烟丝供应不足问题。改进前喂丝机同时供应5台卷烟机就有可能出现烟丝不足,改进后最多可以同时供应7台卷烟机,且全部烟丝供应均可使用EMS小车输送,有效提高了EMS小车的使用效率。Abstract: In order to transport cut tobacco in a more dynamic and flexible way and avoid the problems of low efficiency in picking up tobacco case by EMS vehicle and absence of priority order, the key scheduling algorithm for EMS vehicle was modified through analyzing the overall configuration of the flexible conveying system and the communication interface of EMS vehicle. By setting the priority rank for each of the stations to implement a dynamic tabularization algorithm based on priority, the problem of short supply of tobacco to the station responsible for feeding tobacco to more cigarette makers was effectively solved. The tobacco feeder used to feed no more than 5 cigarette makers at one time because of tobacco deficiency, after improvement it would have enough tobacco to simultaneously supply up to 7 makers by EMS vehicles. The efficiency of EMS vehicle was improved.
