地面支撑式EMS柔性送丝物流系统的设计应用

Design and Application of Ground Support Type EMS Flexible Cut Tobacco Conveying System

  • 摘要: 目前箱式储丝物流系统中常用的送丝模式AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)、输送机、环形穿梭车等系统,都存在着输送效率较低、响应时间过长等缺点,为此设计了具有无接触能量传输技术和转轨功能的地面支撑式EMS柔性送丝物流系统。该系统主要由EMS小车、轨道系统、供电系统、控制系统组成,通过采用自动转轨机构,形成了EMS轨道路径的多环路、嵌套式运行模式,实现了烟丝箱与风力送丝机组的快速、准确对接和后端供料的连续性。通过仿真分析表明,地面支撑式EMS柔性送丝物流系统与传统的环形穿梭车输送方式相比,有效降低了车辆的空载运行比例,且车辆数量可减少40%以上,具有较高的输送灵活性和快速响应能力,尤其适用于流量大、距离长、工艺布局复杂的物料输送。

     

    Abstract: The conveying means used in the cut tobacco case handling system e.g. AGV, conveyor, loop-type shuttle vehicle, has the common shortcomings of low efficiency and slow response. Therefore, a ground support type EMS flexible conveying system featuring contactless power transmission technology and shunting function was designed, which was composed of EMS vehicles, track system, power supply system and control system. By means of automatic shunting mechanism to form multiloop and nested running mode of EMS route, the fast and accurate connecting between tobacco case and pneumatic tobacco feeding system and continuous rear end tobacco supply were realized. The results of simulation analysis indicated that comparing with traditional loop-type shuttle vehicle system, the ground support type EMS flexible conveying system effectively reduced vehicle's idle running, and allowed to reduce vehicle's number by more than 40%; the system possessed the merits of higher flexibility and rapid response, and was suitable for distantly conveying a mass flow of material at a place with complicated plant arrangement.
