基于伺服控制技术的纸张力控制方法

Method of Paper Tension Control Based on Servo Control Technology

  • 摘要: 为解决高速卷接机组和滤棒成型机组在纸臂辊远离最佳工作位置时产生的断纸问题以及减少电路板设计和维护费用,在专用电路板对主轴速度和纸臂传感器反馈两路输入信号进行线性化处理的基础上,改用伺服控制器直接接收两路输入信号,利用内部软件先进行线性化处理,再用双曲线环节进行补偿,对输出到拉纸辊电机的驱动信号进行及时调节。应用结果表明,纸臂运行平稳,调整范围合适。调整时纸臂动作柔和,摆动幅度小(±5°),成型纸断纸次数由原来的5~6次/d减少到偶尔出现1次,较好地满足了生产需要。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of paper break in high-speed cigarette maker and filter rod maker due to bow brake swinging far away from its optimal working position, and to reduce circuit board design and maintenance costs, the feedback input signals of main shaft speed and bow brake sensor were linearized by a special circuit board, on the basis of that, a servo controller was used to directly receive these two input signals. The signals were linearized by inner software, then compensated via the hyperbola loop to timely adjust the drive signal output to the capstan roller motor. The application result showed that the bow brake moved stably, the adjustment range was appropriate. The action of bow brake was gentle during adjusting with a narrow swing(±5°), the plug wrap break reduced from 5-6 times per day to once every several days.
