卷烟成品码垛机器人取料结构的改进

摘要: 在实际应用过程中,用于卷烟成品码垛的机器人由于吸附方式、吸盘结构及烟箱质量等原因,在运行过程中时常出现掉烟现象。为此,采用平面蜂巢式吸盘并配合稳定的大流量真空源对码垛机器人取料结构进行了改进,同时增设了真空控制器,保证了吸盘的真空度。应用效果表明,改进后系统运行稳定,结构简单,机器人掉烟现象由平均56件/月减少为平均1件/月,降低了现场噪声,基本实现了取料结构的免维护。Abstract: Cigarette case tends to fall off the case holder of the palletizing robot in an automatic palletizing system because of defects in suction means,suction plate and case quality. Therefore,the holder was improved by adopting plane cellular suction plate combined with a large vacuum source,in addition,a controller was designed to ensure the vacuum supply to the suction plate. The application results showed that the system was simple in structure and basically maintenance-free,it ran stably,the average number of cases dropping out of the robot reduced from 56 cases to 1 case per month,field noise was lowered as well.
