麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚的配合物合成、表征及其热裂解研究

Studies on Synthesis, Characterization and Pyrolysis of Zinc (Ⅱ)and Calcium (Ⅱ)Complex Compounds of Maltol and Ethyl Maltol

  • 摘要: 为考察麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚与锌或钙配合物的热裂解能否释放相应的配体,合成了麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的锌(Ⅱ)、钙(Ⅱ)4种配合物,采用1H NMR,13C NMR,UV和IR光谱进行表征,并进行了配合物的热裂解及烟气裂解实验。结果表明:①麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚与锌(Ⅱ)及钙(Ⅱ)发生了明显配位作用;②氦气气氛中400℃下直接热裂解,4种配合物均能有效释放相应的配体麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚;③配合物在卷烟燃烧时可有效释放相应的配体。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate their pyrolytic behavior,four complexes of maltol/ethyl maltol and zinc (Ⅱ)/calcium(Ⅱ)were prepared and characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,UV,IR spectra. The pyrolytic experiments of the complex alone or in cigarettes were conducted by on-line CDS5200 pyrolyser-GC/MS. The results showed that: 1)the complexation between maltol/ethyl maltol and zinc(Ⅱ)/calcium(Ⅱ)occurred obviously; 2) relevant maltol or ethyl maltol ligands released effectively from each pyrolyzed complex at 400℃ in He atmosphere;3)the similar ligands were also released from the burning cigarette containing respective complex.
