布袋式除尘器反吹增大卷接机组负压波动问题的改进
Reducing Fluctuation of Negative Pressure in Cigarette Maker During Bag Filter Cleaning

摘要: 集中工艺风力除尘系统中布袋式除尘器进行反吹以抖落布袋烟灰时,会使卷接机组的负压瞬间降低400~700 Pa。为此,对集中工艺风力除尘系统的反吹装置进行了改进。通过正交试验确定了最佳反吹压力为0.5 MPa,吹气时间为100 ms,以减少进入系统中的空气;改进了反吹电气控制线路,由同时打开2组脉冲电磁阀,改为一次打开1组;设计安装了补风装置,采用PLC进行精确控制,用于抵消反吹的影响。应用结果表明,改进后除尘器反吹对负压的影响降低至100 Pa,卷接机组整体负压波动控制在±100Pa以内,提高了烟支质量控制的稳定性。Abstract: When the bag filters in the centralized air dusting system for cigarette makers are being cleaned,the negative pressure in the cigarette maker will be decreased by 400-700 Pa sharply. Therefore,the air-jet device for cleaning the bags was improved. The optimal pressure and duration for air-jet device operation determined by orthogonal experiment were 0.5 MPa and 100 ms,respectively. Instead of switching on two sets of pulse electromagnetic valves simultaneously,only one set was switched on at one time. A PLC-controlled air compensation device was designed to offset the effects of air-jet cleaning. The results of application showed that: after improving,the impact caused by bag cleaning on negative pressure was reduced to 100 Pa,the fluctuation of negative pressure in cigarette maker was controlled within±100 Pa,the cigarette weight was better controlled. The average tobacco loss from cigarette end decreased from 3.67 to 3.42 mg/cig.,and the rate of loose end cigarette reduced from 1.06% to 0.98%.
