连续流动法测定烤烟总植物碱的不确定度
Uncertainty in Determination of Total Alkaloids in Flue-cured Tobacco with Continuous Flow Method

摘要: 为了评定连续流动法测定烤烟总植物碱的测量不确定度,通过分析测量过程,修订了连续流动法烤烟总植物碱的测定因果关系图,建立了测量不确定度评定的数学模型,确定了其测量不确定度的来源。结果表明:连续流动法测定烤烟总植物碱的测量不确定度主要来源为样品的含水率、连续流动分析仪测定的样品浓度和测量重复性;测量结果的标准不确定度为0.05%,在95%的置信度下,取包含因子为k=2,其扩展不确定度为0.10%。Abstract: In order to evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of total alkaloids in flue-cured tobacco with continuous flow method,the cause-effect relationship diagram in the determination was revised and a new mathematical model for measurement uncertainty assessment was set up by analyzing the whole measurement process. The sources of measurement uncertainty,sample concentration and measurement repeatability of autoanalyzer were determined. The results showed that: the measurement uncertainty mainly come from the moisture content in sample. The standard uncertainty of measurement results was 0.05%,and the expanded uncertainty (α=0.05,k=2) was 0.10%.
