晒黄烟主要化学成分与致香成分的相关性

Correlation Between Main Chemical Components and Aroma Components in Yellow Sun-cured Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 测定了4种云南晒黄烟的主要化学成分和致香成分,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明:在主要化学成分与分类的致香成分之间,有30对指标达到极显著或显著正相关,有17对指标达到极显著或显著负相关;在主要化学成分与具体的致香成分之间,21对指标达到高度或中度正相关,41对指标达到高度或中度负相关;2次相关性分析结果基本一致。该结果为传统晒烟烟叶的开发利用与替代技术以及"中式卷烟"原料特色研究提供了一定的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The major chemical components and aroma components in four yellow sun-cured tobacco varieties planted in Yunnan were determined,and the correlation between major chemical components and aroma components were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) Between major chemical components and classified aroma components,30 pairs of indices were of extremely significant or significant positive correlation. While 17 pairs of indices were of extremely significant or significant negative correlation. 2) Between the chemical components and specific aroma components,21 pairs of indices were of high or moderate positive correlation and 41 pairs of indices were of high or moderate negative correlation. Two independent correlation analyses showed basically consistent results. The obtained results provided a certain basis for the development,utilization and substitution technology of yellow sun-cured tobacco leaves and the research of characterized raw material for Chinese style cigarettes.
