烟草青枯病病圃土壤微生物多样性初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of Soil Microbial Diversity in Tobacco Bacterial Wilt Disease Nursery

  • 摘要: 为了更好地利用烟草青枯菌拮抗菌防治烟草青枯病,采用微生物保守区域扩增、构建文库、生物信息比对的方法初步分析了烟草青枯病病圃土壤中微生物的多样性。结果显示,烟草青枯病病圃土壤微生物群落中含有伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia fungorum)、假单胞杆菌属类(Pseudomonas graminis)、黑霉菌(Aspergillus niger)、尖孢镰刀菌属(Fusarium oxysporum)等丰富的细菌类和真菌类微生物,也包括部分不可培养的微生物。土壤中微生物多样性的分析可以为青枯菌拮抗菌应用中拮抗菌在土壤中的定殖、扩繁过程研究提供部分微生物群落信息。

     

    Abstract: To prevent and control tobacco bacterial wilt disease with antagonistic bacterium against Ralstonia solanacearum,the microbial diversity in soil of tobacco bacterial wilt disease nursery was preliminarily analyzed by means of conservative fragment amplification,construction of library and bio-information comparison. The results indicated that there existed abundant microbial communities including not only Burkholderia fungorum, Pseudomonas graminis,Aspergillus niger and Fusarium oxysporum,but also some uncultivable bacterium in the soil. The analysis of microbial diversity in the soil could provide some information about microbial community structure for the study on colonization and proliferation process in soil in the application of antagonistic bacterium against Ralstonia solanacearum.
