制丝线瞬时加料比例的计算与应用

Calculation and Application of Instantaneous Casing Ratio in Tobacco Primary Processing Line

  • 摘要: 为实现制丝生产线加料过程中对加料瞬时比例的连续计算,满足对加料过程均匀性的评判要求,通过对加料原理分析,在多批次加料过程数据统计分析的基础上,研究了单位时间取值和堆栈延时对瞬时加料比例计算的影响,并提出了合理计算瞬时加料比例的方法。应用效果表明,该方法能够直观地评价加料过程的均匀性,及时发现和报警加料过程中漏加、比例失调等工艺质量问题;有效提高了系统加料的稳定性,系统过程能力指数CPK由1.41提升到1.54;通过离线统计分析,实现了对批次加料过程稳定性的评判,形成了量化指标,为质量考核提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: To calculate casing ratio continuously and instantaneously in tobacco primary processing line, and meet the requirements of high casing uniformity, the principle of casing, the effects of unit time value and stack delay on the calculation of instantaneous casing ratio were investigated basing on the statistical analysis of the data from a number of batches, and a reasonable method for calculating instantaneous casing ratio was proposed. The results of application showed that the method could intuitively assess the uniformity of casing process and timely monitor and alarm the casing problems, such as case missing or ill proportioning. The stability of casing system was effectively improved, the process capability index (Cpk) increased from 1.41 to 1.54. The assessment of casing stability was realized through off-line statistical analysis, which formed quantitative index and provided a reference for quality evaluation.
