方差分析法在批内烟叶化学成分均匀性评价中的应用

Application of Variance Analysis to Intra-batch Uniformity Evaluation of Chemical Components in Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 为客观评价烟叶质量的均匀性,通过对批内烟叶进行合理分组,测定批内烟叶的主要常规化学成分——水溶性总糖和烟碱确定其质量特性值,采用方差分析法对批内烟叶常规化学成分差异的显著性进行对比分析,并应用一般评价和加严评价方法在配方中验证。结果表明:方差分析法对批内烟叶质量均匀性的评价结果准确且简便易行,适合于工业企业对批内烟叶质量均匀性进行评价。

     

    Abstract: By dividing a batch of tobacco leaves into several groups, the main routine chemical components, total water-soluble sugar and nicotine, in leaves were analyzed and defined to be their quality characteristic values. The significance of difference between routine chemical components in leaves in a batch was compared by analysis of variance, which was verified in tobacco blends with general evaluation and strict evaluation methods. The results showed that analysis of variance was accurate, simple and suitable for the evaluation of intra-batch quality uniformity of tobacco leaves in cigarette industrial enterprises.
