试样参数对烘箱法烟叶含水率检测结果的影响
Effects of Test Sample Parameters on Moisture Content in Tobacco Leaf Determined with Oven Method

摘要: 为提高烘箱法烟叶含水率检测结果的一致性,采用烘箱法对不同试样尺寸和试料质量烟叶的含水率进行了测定,比较了试样尺寸、试料质量对高含水率和低含水率烟叶样品含水率测试结果的影响。结果表明:①在试验范围内,随着试样尺寸和试料质量的增加,含水率检测结果分别呈增大和下降趋势;②试样尺寸和试料质量对烟叶含水率检测结果均有显著性影响,在试样尺寸为3 mm×3 mm~6 mm×6 mm,试料质量为6~10 g时,低含水率烟叶和高含水率烟叶的含水率均无明显差异。Abstract: For better consistency of test results in determining moisture contents in tobacco leaves with oven method, test samples of different dimensions and volumes were experimented, and their influences on samples with low or high initial moisture contents were compared as well. The results showed that:1) Within the test range, the measured moisture content increased with the increase of test sample dimensions, while decreased with the increase of test volume. 2) The measured moisture content was significantly affected by test sample dimensions and volume. When test sample dimensions ranged from 3 mm×3 mm to 6 mm×6 mm and sample mass from 6 to 10 g, the measured moisture contents in samples with low or high initial moisture contents showed no obvious difference.
