连续流动分析法快速测定烟用水基胶中的甲醛

摘要: 为了控制烟用水基胶中甲醛的含量,利用甲醛与间苯三酚在碱溶液中反应生成不稳定橙色化合物的最大吸收峰位于474 nm的原理,建立了连续流动分光光度法快速测定烟用水基胶中甲醛含量的方法。结果表明:该方法的相对标准偏差和回收率分别为1.30%和92.75~102.54%。该方法具有操作简单,准确、快速,可利用已有的氯模块等优点,适合于烟用水基胶中甲醛含量的测定。Abstract: In order to control the content of formaldehyde in water-based adhesive for cigarette,a continuous flow spectrophotometry for rapid determination of formaldehyde was developed on the basis of the fact that the absorption of the unstable orange compound developed by reacting formaldehyde with phloroglucinol in alkaline solution peaked at 474 nm. The results showed that:1)The RSD of the method was 1.30% and the recoveries of formaldehyde ranged from 92.75% to 102.54%. 2)The method was simple,fast and accurate,and could utilize the existing module for chlorine. It was suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in water-based adhesive for cigarette.
