条烟收集机的设计与应用

摘要: 为解决条烟排包机和横向收集机在生产中出现的条烟不到位、故障率高、维修保养不方便等问题,采用下滑式条烟输送方式和整体提升技术对排包机进行了改进。收集机接收到下滑的条烟,由皮带机输送到封箱机,减少条烟输送链板的停机频次,保证设备的正常运行;采用凸轮驱动保证条烟提升运动的可靠性,条烟提升和输出均采用伺服电机控制,条烟检测和控制系统均采用PLC控制。应用效果表明,条烟输送系统的故障停机次数由原来的每月340次左右降低为40次以下,机台人员手工装箱工作量由原来的每天每台15件以上降低到2~5件,减少了设备维修量,提高了设备运行效率。Abstract: To avoid the shortcomings of carton out of position, high machine failure rate and inconvenient maintenance during production, the carton collector was improved by downward sliding carton conveying means and other upgrading measures. The sliding cigarette cartons were received by a collector and transferred to a case sealing machine via a belt conveyor, which reduced the frequency of carton conveying chain plate stoppage and ensured normal running. By adopting cam drive, the reliability of carton elevating was guaranteed. The elevation and discharge of carton were controlled with servo motors, while carton monitoring and controlling systems were controlled with PLCs. The results of application showed that the number of carton conveying system stoppage reduced from about 340 to less than 40 times/month, the number of cases needed to be filled manually reduced from over 15 to 2-5 case/machine per day. The maintenance work decreased, while the machine efficiency increased.
