铜藻多糖的提取工艺优化及其保润性能

Optimization of Conditions for Sargassum Horneri Polysaccharides Extraction and its Moisture Retentivity

  • 摘要: 采用响应面分析法对铜藻(Sargassum horueri)多糖提取条件进行了优化,并考察了其对烟丝保润性能的影响。结果表明:①最优的提取条件为:水料比56.7 mL/g,超声功率480 W,提取时间25 min,占空比1:1,铜藻多糖得率为10.82%。②铜藻多糖在低湿条件下能够降低烟丝的失水率和失水速率,在高湿条件下能有效地减缓烟丝对水分的过量吸收,对烟丝具有较好的保润效果和防潮性能。

     

    Abstract: The conditions for polysaccharides extraction from Sargassum horneri were optimized with response surface analysis, and the effects of the extract on the moisture retentivity of cut tobacco were investigated. The results showed that:1) The optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Sargassum horneri were:water-material ratio 56.7 mL/g, ultrasonic power 480 W, extraction time 25 minutes and duty ratio 1:1. The yield of polysaccharides was 10.82%. 2) The polysaccharides of Sargassum horneri could reduce the rate and velocity of moisture desorption of cut tobacco in low humidity condition and effectively slow down the excess moisture absorption of cut tobacco at high humidity condition, which improved moisture retentivity and humidity resistance of cut tobacco.
