山东省烟田土壤杂草种子库研究

Study on Seed Bank of Weeds in Tobacco Growing Fields in Shandong

  • 摘要: 为有效控制烟田杂草的危害,2010~2012年采用诱萌法对山东省主产烟区土壤(25 cm耕层)杂草种子库的杂草种类与数量进行了研究。结果表明,多数样品中单子叶杂草数量明显高于双子叶杂草;不同烟区杂草种子库的密度存在差异,密度最大的是莱芜烟区苗山镇,为32891粒/m2,最小的是诸城贾悦镇,为1719粒/m2;不同耕层土壤中杂草种子库的密度也存在差异,多数样品在0~15 cm耕层中的最大;单子叶的莎草科和禾本科杂草在土壤种子库中的数量较大,而双子叶杂草数量较小。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively control the weeds in tobacco fields,the kind and population of weeds in seed bank of weeds in 0-25 cm plow layer soil sampled from five main tobacco growing areas of Shandong in 2010-2012 were investigated with germination method. The results showed that the population of monocotyledonous weeds was much higher than that of dicotyledonous weeds in most samples. The density of seed bank differed between growing areas,the highest density of 32891 seeds/m2 was found in the sample from Miaoshan in Laiwu,while the lowest density of 1719 seeds/m2 was found in the sample from Jiayue in Zhucheng. The density also differed between plow layers,generally,the largest was in the plow layer of 0-15 cm. Among monocotyledonous weeds,the populations of Cyperaceae and Gramineae were larger.
