Application Prospects of CFD in Tobacco Engineering Research

  • 摘要: 为便于烟草科研人员利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件开展相关研究工作,综述了近10年来CFD软件在国内外烟草工业包括烟草加工设备、车间与贮藏空间设计等方面的应用研究现状,认为CFD软件在烟草加工和贮存过程中流体均匀流动、温湿度场均匀分布、物料温度和含水率变化关系,以及燃烧过程中烟支的相关问题研究方面有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: To facilitate tobacco researchers' studying and using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, the status quo of CFD application in tobacco industry over the past decade was summarized involving tobacco processing equipment, workshop and storage space planning. It was believed that CFD software possessed broad application prospects in the researches on the fluid flow uniformity in the processes of tobacco processing and storage, the even distribution of temperature and humidity fields, the variation relationships between moisture content and temperature of material, and the problems relative to cigarette burning.
