烟梗草炭在烟草漂浮育苗基质中的应用

摘要: 为探索废弃烟梗作为烟草漂浮育苗基质原料的可行性,用自制的烟梗草炭(TSP)为烟草栽培基质,进行了烟草漂浮育苗试验。结果表明:TSP 1号(烟梗草炭50%+天然草炭50%)、TSP 2号(烟梗草炭50%+椰糠50%)、TSP 3号(烟梗草炭50%+天然草炭25%+椰糠25%)均可替代天然草炭用于烟草漂浮育苗基质中,其中TSP 3号替代的效果较好,烟苗综合长势优于天然草炭配方基质;烟梗草炭1号和2号替代天然草炭育苗,其烟苗长势均与天然草炭配方基质相当。因此,利用废弃烟梗替代天然草炭作为烟草漂浮育苗基质的方法可行。Abstract: In order to investigate the feasibility of using waste tobacco stem as the matrix material in tobacco floating seedling system, seedling culture experiments were carried out with the matrix containing prepared tobacco stem peat (TSP). The results showed that the TSP 1 (50% tobacco stem peat + 50% natural peat), TSP 2 (50% tobacco stem peat + 50% coconut husk) and TSP 3 (50% tobacco stem peat + 25% natural peat + 25% coconut husk) could be the alternatives to natural peat in tobacco floating seedling system. The tobacco seedlings in TSP 3 presented better comprehensive growth vigor than, while those in TSP 1 and TSP 2 were comparable to, those in natural peat matrix. Therefore, it is feasible to use waste stems as a substitute for natural peat in tobacco floating seedling system.
