Design of Auxiliary Device for YF17 Cigarette Storing and Conveying System

  • 摘要: 为解决YF17卷烟储存输送系统烟支输送过程中需人工扶持下落问题,设计了卷烟储存输送系统辅助装置。该装置由托板上下运动机构、托板左右运动机构、托板宽度伺服机构3套独立的机械机构组成,在电控系统控制下相互配合完成烟支的自动下落输送。烟支托板上下运动范围最大为1200 mm,宽度范围为120~200 mm,自动收起位置偏差小于1 mm,上下运动速度可调。应用效果表明,实现了辅联设备的自动化,烟支下落过程流畅,单机台首次生产时烟支消耗由360支左右减少到75支左右,烟支输送包装机入口准确率达到100%,避免了操作安全隐患,保证了输送过程中的烟支品质。

     

    Abstract: The downward movement of cigarettes needed to be manually guided when starting cigarette conveying via YF17 cigarette storing and conveying system, therefore an auxiliary device was designed, which consisted of three independent mechanisms, i.e. guide plate vertical movement mechanism, guide plate transverse movement mechanism and guide plate width servo mechanism. The three mechanisms guided the cigarettes orderly under the control of an electric control system. The speed of the vertical movement of the guide plate was adjustable, the maximum stroke of the guide plate was 1200 mm and the transverse movement range was 120-200 mm, and the positional error was less than 1 mm when the guide plate returned to its starting position. The results of application showed that the automation of auxiliary connection device was realized, cigarette moved fluently. The waste cigarettes reduced from about 360 to 75 cig/machine at the initial stage of production. The rate of cigarettes being conveyed properly to the input end of the packer reached 100%, potential safety risks in operation were eliminated, and the quality of cigarette was ensured during conveying.
