制丝生产线PROFIBUS-DP网络闪断现象的改进

Solution to Flash Break-off of PROFIBUS-DP Network in Tobacco Primary Processing Line

  • 摘要: 为解决制丝生产线PROFIBUS-DP网络出现的闪断现象,对混叶切丝段PROFIBUS-DP网络结构进行了改进。检查PROFIBUS-DP通讯电缆双层屏蔽,保证"多点接地";紧固或更换PROFIBUS-DP接头;规范PROFIBUS-DP通讯电缆布线方式,减少相互干扰;利用中继器对PROFIBUS-DP网络进行分割,减少子站之间相互影响。应用效果表明,改进后混叶切丝段运行稳定,PROFIBUS-DP网络故障停机次数由平均3次/月降低到0次,提高了网络的可靠性和抗干扰能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of flash break-off of PROFIBUS-DP network in tobacco primary processing line, the structure of the PROFIBUS-DP network in tobacco blending and cutting section was improved as following:inspecting the communication cable shield of PROFIBUS-DP to ensure that it was multipoint earthed; tightening or replacing the terminals in PROFIBUS-DP; normalizing the wiring of PROFIBUS-DP communication cable to reduce mutual interference; dissecting PROFIBUS-DP network with repeaters to reduce the interactions between substations. The results of application showed that after improvement, tobacco blending and cutting section ran stably, the number of PROFIBUS-DP network stoppage reduced from average 3 times/month to 0, the reliability and resistance of the network to disturbance were promoted.
