基于机器视觉的卷烟纸罗纹深度测量仪的设计

Method for Measuring Intensity of Pressing Pattern on Cigarette Paper Based on Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内卷烟纸罗纹深度测量仪制造的空白,设计了基于机器视觉的卷烟纸罗纹深度测量仪。仪器由照明系统、图像采集系统、控制软件3部分组成:照明系统采用低角度环形光源,图像采集系统采用了进口工业相机和工业镜头,控制软件能够自动完成卷烟纸图像的方向识别、图像旋转、统计投影、罗纹深度计算等功能。对比实验结果表明,该仪器测得的卷烟纸罗纹深度和国外同类型仪器测量结果显著相关;稳定性实验结果表明该仪器测量稳定性较好。

     

    Abstract: In view of the absence of domestic meter for measuring the intensity of pressing pattern on cigarette paper, a meter was designed based on machine vision, which was composed of an illuminating system, an image acquisition system and control software. The illuminating system adopted a ring light source of low angle, and the image acquisition system adopted an imported industrial camera and lens. The control software's functions included pressing pattern's orientation recognition, image rotation, statistical projection and pressing pattern intensity calculation. Comparative experiment results showed that the intensity of pressing pattern on cigarette paper measured by the designed meter was significantly correlated to that measured by imported meters of the same type, and stability test results indicated that the designed meter featured better stability.
