Determination of Tobacco-Specific Nitrosamines in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Gas Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了快速准确地测定卷烟主流烟气中NNN,NNK,NAT和NAB 4种烟草特有N-亚硝胺(TSNAs)释放量的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)方法。结果表明:①以氨气为反应气并采用正电压化学电离模式(PCI)时,方法的抗基质干扰能力强、选择性好。②在0.25~100.00 ng/mL浓度范围内,4种TSNAs的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.021~0.027 ng/支之间,回收率在92%~104%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.5%。③参比卷烟主流烟气中TSNAs的测定值与文献报道结果基本一致。该方法准确可靠、前处理简单,适用于主流烟气中TSNAs的常规检测。

     

    Abstract: A rapid and accurate method for determining the deliveries of tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines, NNN, NNK, NAT and NAB, in mainstream cigarette smoke by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was established. The results indicated that:1) With ammonia as reactive gas and under the mode of positive chemical ionization, the established method featured strong resistance to matrix disturbance and good selectivity. 2) In the concentration range of 0.25-100 ng/mL, the linear correlation coefficients of the four TSNAs were higher than 0.999. The limits of detection ranged from 0.021 to 0.027 ng/cig and the recoveries were from 92% to 104% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 6.5%. 3) The measured values of TSNAs in mainstream smoke of reference cigarettes basically agreed with the results reported in the literature. This method is simple, accurate, reliable, and suitable for the routine determination of TSNAs in mainstream cigarette smoke.
