卷烟烟气重要酸性香味成分的分离制备与鉴定

Preparation and Identification of Important Acidic Aromatic Components in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为确定卷烟烟气中重要酸性香味成分的组成和作用,以津巴布韦优质烟叶烟气粒相物为对象,建立了烟气重要酸性香味成分的中压、高压两级液相色谱分离制备方法。并分别对两级馏分进行了卷烟感官评价。结果表明:①分离制备的饱和酸类、不饱和酸和芳香酸类是烟气中的重要酸性香味馏分;②上述饱和酸类、不饱和酸和芳香酸类馏分可显著提升卷烟品质;③仅存在于卷烟烟气中的丙烯酸和3-丁烯酸对卷烟的香吃味有明显影响。

     

    Abstract: In order to identify the constituents and functions of the important acidic aromatic components in cigarette mainstream smoke, a method for separating and preparing the important acidic aromatic components by two-level, mid- and high-pressure, liquid chromatography was developed using the particulate matters in mainstream smoke of fine Zimbabwe tobacco leaves as objects. The sensory quality of cigarettes containing each distillate was evaluated. The results showed that:1) The saturation acids, unsaturated acids and aromatic acids obtained with this method were the important acidic aromatic components in mainstream cigarette smoke. 2) The acidic distillates mentioned above could improve cigarette quality obviously. 3) Propenoic acid and 3-butenoic acid, which were only found in cigarette smoke, imparted an obvious influence on the aroma and taste of cigarettes.
