离子色谱法测定烟用添加剂中的甲醛合次硫酸氢钠
Determination of Sodium Bisulfoxylate Formaldehyde in Tobacco Additives with Ion Chromatography

摘要: 建立了测定烟用添加剂中甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(吊白块)的离子色谱方法。样品采用稀碱提取,离子色谱分离,KOH水溶液洗脱,安培检测器测定。结果表明:方法的线性范围为0.1~20.0 mg/L,最低定量检出限为0.05 mg/L,回收率为92.55%~98.76%,相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法前处理简单、样品稳定性好、准确度高,具有较好的实用价值。Abstract: An ion chromatography method for determining the sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in tobacco additives was developed. The sample was extracted with dilute aqueous alkali and separated by ion chromatography, then determined by ampere detector after elution with aqueous potassium hydroxide. The results showed that the linearity range and recovery of this method were 0.1-20.0 mg/L and 92.55%-98.76%, respectively. The lowest limit of quantitative detection was 0.05 mg/L with the relative standard deviation less than 5%. This method is of simple pretreatment, better sample stability, higher accuracy and better practical uses.
