烟梗废料生物脱胶工艺条件的优化

Optimization of Conditions for Reducing Pectin in Waste Tobacco Stem with Pectinase

  • 摘要: 为降低烟梗果胶含量,提高烟梗在再造烟叶加工中的可用性和再造烟叶的品质,以烟梗废料为材料,采用正交实验对烟梗的生物脱胶工艺进行了优化。结果表明:以果胶去除率为指标,烟梗的果胶酶脱胶最佳工艺条件为:酶解温度45℃、酶解时间8 h、溶液pH 5.8、每10 g烟梗果胶酶用量为0.2 g。此条件下果胶去除率达到81.02%。

     

    Abstract: For improving stem's usability in reconstituted tobacco production and raising reconstituted tobacco quality, the pectin in tobacco stem was reduced with pectinase and the reaction conditions were optimized with orthogonal experiments. The results showed that from the point of pectin removal rate, the optimum reaction conditions were:reaction temperature 45℃ for 8 hours, pH of solution 5.8 and 0.2 g of pectinase for every 10 g of tobacco stem. Under such conditions, pectin removal rate was up to 81.02%.
