成丝工艺参数对梗丝结构和卷烟吸阻稳定性的影响

摘要: 为了探索梗丝形态特征分布的影响因素及其对卷烟吸阻稳定性的影响,采用正交试验方法,考察了压梗厚度、切梗丝厚度、压梗温度等因素对梗丝结构、形态特征分布的影响;采用回归方法分析了梗丝形态特征分布与卷烟吸阻稳定性的关系。方差分析结果表明:压梗厚度对梗丝填充值、整丝率、碎丝率、片状和近丝状梗丝比例均有显著影响。压梗温度对梗丝填充值有显著影响;而切梗丝厚度对梗丝碎丝率、片状梗丝比例有显著影响。回归模型表明:梗丝形态特征分布对卷烟吸阻稳定性有较大的影响,片状梗丝比例越高,卷烟吸阻稳定性越低,丝状梗丝比例越高,卷烟吸阻稳定性越高。Abstract: The influences of processing parameters including rolled stem thickness, cut stem thickness and stem rolling temperature, on the morphological distribution of cut stems were investigated with orthogonal test. The relationship between the morphological distribution of cut stems and the draw resistance stability of cigarettes was analyzed with regression analysis. The results of variance analysis showed that:rolled stem thickness significantly affected the filling power, the size distribution and the shape proportions of cut stems; stem rolling temperature affected cut stem filling power significantly, cut stem thickness affected the percentages of shorts and chip-like cut stems significantly. Regression analysis indicated that the stability of cigarette draw resistance was influenced by morphological distribution of cut stem, which could be improved by increasing the proportion of fibriform stems and decreasing the proportion of chip-like cut stems.
