四川凉山烟区红大烟叶化学成分可用性综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Usability of Chemical Components in Hongda Tobacco Leaves from Liangshan Tobacco Growing Area in Sichuan

  • 摘要: 选取2010年四川凉山烟区13个县的195个红花大金元(红大)烟叶样品,测试了样品的9项化学指标,并应用隶属度函数法计算出化学成分可用性指数,对烟叶样品的化学成分可用性进行了综合评价。结果表明:①凉山烟区红大烟叶样品总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比较高,钾含量偏低,氯含量偏低且变异程度较大,其余化学成分及比值协调,均处在适宜范围内。②凉山烟区不同县域的红大烟叶样品在化学成分含量及其比值上都存在着显著差异。③凉山烟区不同县域的红大烟叶化学成分可用性指数存在明显差异。

     

    Abstract: Nine chemical indexes of 195 samples of Hongda tobacco leaves harvested in 2010 from 13 counties of Liangshan in Sichuan Province were determined, the usability indexes of the chemical components were calculated with membership function method, and the usability of chemical components of those samples was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that:1) The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar and the ratio of sugar/alkali in the samples were relatively higher, while the potassium content was relatively lower, chlorine content was lower and with larger variation, however, the other chemical components and ratios were all within proper ranges. 2) The contents and ratios of chemical components differed significantly between the samples from different counties. 3) The usability indexes of chemical components in the samples from different counties differed obviously.
