滚筒烘丝机烟丝含水率控制系统的改进

摘要: 为了提高烘丝机出口烟丝含水率的稳定性,提升产品工艺质量,分析了现有烘丝机控制系统中含水率的控制方法,对其存在的不足进行了改进,即根据滚筒中烟丝的入口含水率平均值计算烟丝需要的脱水速度,再通过工艺气流风量与烟丝脱水速度的对应关系计算即时工艺气流风量,从而预先对其进行调节,达到控制系统在来料烟丝含水率出现变化时能够快速做出响应的目的。通过改进后控制系统的应用,烘丝机出口烟丝含水率的稳定性得到了明显提高,标准偏差由原来的0.15提高到0.10以内,提高了产品工艺质量的稳定性。Abstract: In order to improve the stability of moisture content in and the quality of dried cut tobacco, the control system in existing cylinder dryer was analyzed and modified. The necessary dehydration rate of tobacco was calculated on the basis of the mean moisture content in input tobacco. The instantaneous technological air volume was estimated against the dehydration rate of tobacco, accordingly pre-adjustment was made to achieve fast response to the fluctuation of moisture content in input tobacco. The results of application showed that after modification, the moisture content in dried tobacco was more stable, the standard deviation of moisture content decreased from 0.15 to less than 0.10, and the processing quality consistency of cut tobacco was improved.
