滚筒设备物料温度自动控制系统的改进

Modification of Tobacco Temperature Control System in Rotating Cylinder Type Equipment

  • 摘要: 为解决制丝线滚筒设备出口物料温度波动较大的问题,通过增加前馈控制提供稳定的高温高湿筒内环境,并对滚筒加料机物料温度控制系统进行了改进:①安装低流速蒸汽施加喷嘴装置,在加料机筒体前部形成均匀的高温高湿区域,使物料受热均匀;②定量施加蒸汽并采用伺服气缸调节冷热风门,保证热风温度控制稳定;③调节落料滑板的角度,提高物料温度检测的准确性。应用效果表明,物料表显温度与实测温度的偏差由1.21℃降低到0.04℃,实测温度与设定温度的偏差由1.05℃降低到0.11℃,减小了出口物料的温度波动,保证了温度控制系统的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the temperature fluctuation of output tobacco, feedforward control was adopted to sustain a stable high temperature and high humidity atmosphere in the casing cylinder, and the tobacco temperature control system was modified as following:1) Installing a nozzle device for introducing steam at low velocity to create a high temperature and high humidity area evenly in the front part of casing cylinder to ensure that tobacco was uniformly heated. 2) Applying steam at a fixed rate and adopting servo cylinder to adjust the hot and cold air valves to ensure that hot air temperature was stably controlled. 3) Adjusting the slope of discharge slide plate to improve the accuracy of tobacco temperature detection. The results of application showed that the deviation between instrument reading and measured value of tobacco temperature reduced from 1.21 to 0.04℃ and that between measured and setting values decreased from 1.05 to 0.11℃. The fluctuation of output tobacco temperature was diminished and the stability of temperature control system was guaranteed.
