基于PLC的热风温度模糊控制应用

Application of PLC-based Fuzzy Control for Hot Air Temperature

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟制丝工序中热风系统单纯PID控制无法满足不同工艺热风温度需求等问题,利用模糊控制算法对热风温度控制系统进行了改进。采用S7-400系列PLC设计了热风温度模糊控制器,确定模糊控制器的输入输出变量,并进行量程转换;确定各变量的模糊语言取值及相应的隶属函数;建立模糊控制规则,根据PID参数模糊控制系统要求,对热风温度系统进行控制。应用效果表明,热风温度采用模糊控制具有快速启动、恒温输出、超调量小等特点,热风温度可控制在设定值±0.5℃范围内;当热风温度设定值发生变化时,温控系统可快速、稳定地调整到新设定值,有效提高了热风控制系统的稳定性和控制精度,保证了制丝线生产的顺利进行。

     

    Abstract: The hot air system adopting simple PID control in primary processing line cannot adapt to the requirements of different processing technologies,therefore the control system was improved with fuzzy control algorithm.A fuzzy controller for hot air temperature was designed by adopting PLC of series S7-400,the input and output variables of fuzzy controller were determined coupling with measuring range switching.The values for each variable in fuzzy language and relevant membership functions were also determined.The rules of fuzzy control were established,and the hot air temperature system was controlled according to the requirements of the PID parameters of fuzzy control system.The results of application showed that:the fuzzy control system featured fast startup,steady temperature output,minor over regulation.The temperature of hot air could be controlled within setting value±0.5℃.When the setting value of hot air temperature was changed,the control system responded quickly and steadily,the stability and control precision of hot air control system were improved.
