造纸法再造烟叶工艺过程中多酚类物质的变化

Variation of Polyphenols in Production of Paper-making Process Reconstituted Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为了考察造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中多酚类物质的变化,采用高效液相色谱法测定3种多酚(绿原酸、莨菪亭和芸香苷)的含量,研究了萃取温度、乙醇浓度和浓缩温度对3种多酚含量的影响。结果表明:①烟末和碎烟片中3种多酚含量较烟梗高,但烟梗中的莨菪亭占3种多酚的比例较烟末和碎烟片高。②基片中含有少量多酚,且3种多酚随白水流失较多,多酚的有效利用率分别为绿原酸70.8%,莨菪亭47.1%,芸香苷72.4%。③萃取温度在40~90℃时,提高温度有利于多酚的萃取;萃取剂中乙醇浓度为70%时,3种多酚的萃取效率最高;随浓缩温度的升高,萃取液中3种多酚的含量逐渐降低。该研究可为再造烟叶工艺过程中多酚类物质的调控提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the variation of polyphenols in the production of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco,three polyphenols,including chlorogenic acid,scopoletin and rutin,were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.And the effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and concentration temperature on polyphenol contents were studied.The results showed that:1) The contents of the three polyphenols in tobacco dust and scrap were higher than in tobacco stem,however,the percentage of scopoletin in polyphenols was higher in tobacco stem.2) The base-sheet of reconstituted tobacco contained small amount of polyphenols,while a larger proportion of the polyphenols was washed out by white water.The effective utilization rates of chlorogenic acid,scopoletin,and rutin were 70.8%,47.1%,and 72.4%,respectively.3) Within the range from 40 to 90℃,higher temperature was beneficial to the extraction of polyphenols.The extraction efficiency of the polyphenols was the highest when the concentration of ethanol in the extractant was 70%.With the rise of concentration temperature,the contents of the polyphenols in extract reduced gradually.This study provided a reference for the regulation and control of polyphenols in the production of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco.
