PROTOS2-2蜘蛛手-接烟轮系统建模及交接稳定性研究

摘要: 为提高卷接机组烟支交接的稳定性,基于PROTOS2-2超高速卷接机组蜘蛛手-接烟轮交接系统运动原理,建立了交接系统解析计算模型,并采用虚拟样机运动仿真技术建立数值模型,输出运动轨迹曲线。结果表明,将解析模型和数值仿真模型的运动轨迹进行对比,二者结果一致,验证了数值模型的正确性。根据数值模型,提出以活动手/固定手烟道中心分别与蜘蛛手吸爪内/外烟道中心的相对位移和相对速度为评价指标,分析蜘蛛手-接烟轮系统交接稳定性,证明该系统能够保证烟支平稳交接。Abstract: For improving tobacco rods transfer,an analytical model was established based on the movement of transfer from spider to transfer drum in PROTOS2-2 ultra-high-speed cigarette maker,and a numerical model was also developed by adopting virtual prototype motion simulation technology,to output the trajectory curves of motion.By contrasting the movement trajectory obtained from the analytical model with that of numerical simulation model,the numerical simulation model was validated.According to the numerical model,the rod transfer was analyzed by comparing the relative displacement and relative velocity of the rod passage centers of active/fixed hands against that of the inside/outside rod passage centers of the suction carriers on the spider.The results proved that the system provided a gentle transfer of tobacco rods to the transfer drum.
