摘要: 为更好地控制生产过程中卷烟产品品质,根据卷包工序的生产特点和卷烟产品品质要求,将FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)风险评估技术应用于卷包工序产品品质风险管理。通过对各风险因素进行风险排序,确定需要重点关注的风险因素,得出卷烟产品品质风险管理的FMEA风险评价方法,并构建了卷包工序产品品质风险管理FMEA模式。结果表明:在卷包工序实施FMEA产品品质风险管理,能够全流程识别产品品质风险点并进行控制,有效降低了产品品质风险,减少了生产成本,卷烟纸消耗由3220 m/箱降低为3217 m/箱,滤棒消耗由8395支/箱降低为8382支/箱,商标纸消耗由2512张/箱降低为2507张/箱,提升了企业生产管理水平。Abstract: In order to effectively control the quality of cigarettes during production,the FMEA(Failure Mode and effects analysis) was applied in the risk management of product quality in the process of cigarette manufacturing according to the production characteristics and quality requirements of cigarette.After determining the key risk factors needed to be focused on by grading all risk factors,an FMEA method for the risk management of cigarette quality was developed,and an FMEA model for the risk management of product quality in the process of cigarette making and packing was established.The results showed that:FMEA product quality risk management could identify and control the risk points of cigarette quality throughout the manufacturing flow,which reduced product's quality risk and production cost effectively.The consumption of cigarette paper,filter rod and label decreased from 3220 to 3217 meters/case,8395 to 8382 rods/case,2512 to 2507 pieces/case,respectively.The production management level was improved.
