Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Papers for Cigarette Product by LC-MS/MS Method

  • 摘要: 建立了测定烟用纸张中五氯苯酚的液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)。烟用纸张样品超声提取后直接进样,在Atiantis d C18柱上以甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相进行分离,用LC-MS/MS在多反应监测(MRM)模式下测定,内标法定量。结果表明:①方法的线性范围是1~20 ng/mL,线性关系良好(R2>0.99),平均回收率>91.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<8%(n=5),定量限为0.018 mg/kg。②样品前处理过程简单,无需复杂的衍生化操作。建立的方法适用于烟用纸张中五氯苯酚的快速检测。

     

    Abstract: A method based on high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was developed for determining the pentachlorophenol in cigarette papers. The sample of paper was ultrasonically extracted, the extract was directly injected into and separated on an Atiantis d C18 column by using methanol-water (containing 0.1% formic acid) as mobile phase. The pentachlorophenol was detected by LC-MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and quantified by internal standard method. The results showed that: 1) The linear range and quantification limit of this method were 1-20 ng/mL and 0.018 mg/kg, respectively. The linear relation was good (R2>0.99). The average recoveries were more than 91.6% with the relative standard deviations less than 8%. 2) This method was suitable for the fast analysis of pentachlorophenol in papers for cigarette product with the advantages of simple pretreatment and free of complex derivation steps.
