烤烟烟叶质量风格特色感官评价方法的建立与应用

Method Developed for Sensory Evaluation of Quality and Style Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

  • 摘要: 为评价烤烟烟叶感官质量风格特色,在借鉴国内外烟草感官评价方法的基础上,建立了包含评价指标、评分标度、样品制备、评价要求、评价程序、结果表述等内容的烤烟烟叶质量风格特色感官评价方法,并应用该方法对国内外部分典型生态区烤烟烟叶样品进行了评价。结果表明:方法可全面准确地描述不同生态区烟叶样品风格特征、品质特征等感官质量风格特色,评价结果能够为特色优质烟叶开发、卷烟产品设计与维护等提供技术依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the sensory quality and style characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves, a method consisting of evaluation items, scoring rubrics, sample preparation, evaluation requirement, evaluation procedure and result expression was developed by referring to known tobacco sensory evaluation methods at home and abroad. The samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves collected from some typical ecological zones at home and abroad were evaluated with the developed method. The results showed that the developed method could comprehensively and exactly describe the sensory quality and style of leaves from different ecological zones. The evaluation results provide a technical basis for the development of characteristic and quality tobacco leaves, the design and maintenance of cigarette products among others.
