Online Measurement of Filling Value of Cut Strips Based on Metering Feeding System

  • 摘要: 为实现制丝过程中的叶丝填充值在线检测,对叶丝定量喂料系统进行了恒定施加压力、恒定测试容积改造,设计了一种基于电子皮带秤瞬时质量信号的叶丝填充值在线测量系统,并验证了叶丝填充值在线检测的准确性和稳定性。结果表明:①对于同一品牌叶丝,电子皮带秤瞬时质量与填充值呈线性回归关系(R2=0.960),二者的回归方程达到极显著水平(P<0.001);②6个批次不同填充值水平下的样品,叶丝填充值在线检测结果与离线检测结果均无显著差异(P>0.05),两种检测方法的绝对误差和相对误差仅为0.03 cm3/g和0.56%。该在线检测方法具有较好的准确性和稳定性,适用于在线检测叶丝填充值。

     

    Abstract: For online measuring the filling value of cut strips in tobacco primary processing line, an online measuring system working on the instantaneous mass signal from an electronic belt weigher was designed, for this purpose, the feeding unit was modified to keep cut strips under fixed pressure and provide a constant test volume. The accuracy and stability of the measuring system were validated. The results showed that: 1) for the cut strips of the same brand, there existed a linear correlation (R2=0.960) between the filling value and instantaneous mass reading of the electronic belt weigher, and the regression model reached a significant level (P<0.001); 2) for the cut strips of 6 batches with different filling values, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) of filling value between the online and offline measurements, the absolute and relative errors between the two were 0.03 cm3/g and 0.56%, respectively. It proved that the designed system was accurate, stable and suitable for the online measurement of cut strips' filling value.
