条盒存储输送系统气垫式排包机的改进

Improvement of Air Cushion Type Carton Collator in Carton Storing and Conveying System

  • 摘要: 为解决条盒存储输送系统采用气垫式排包机存在的透明气道壁变模糊、条盒出现划痕、气道失效无报警等问题,对气垫式排包机进行了改进:①更换气道材质,将气道的两个宽面选用不锈钢板,两侧窄面选用有机玻璃材质;②增加导向弧形板的强度,消除下烟释放时反弹撞击的噪声;③增加气道失效报警系统,利用排包触发接近开关作为检测信号,通过检测条盒经过接近开关所需时间判断气道是否失效。结果表明:改进后有效解决了气道壁变模糊、条盒出现横向划痕等问题,吸阻和端部落丝量两项指标无显著差异,下烟释放时的撞击噪声由69 dB降低到54 dB,气道失效时具有声音报警功能,提高了设备运行的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as air channel's transparent walls blurring, scratches emerging on carton film, and lacking automatic alarm in the air channel, the air cushion type carton collator in carton storing and conveying system was improved as following: 1) replacing the two wide sides with stainless steel plates and the two narrow sides with plexiglass plates in the air channel; 2) increasing the strength of the arc guide to reduce the rebounding noise of released carton; 3) adding an alarm system, wherein the collated carton triggered an approach switch to give out signal,and the time interval of a carton passing through the approach switch was used to judge whether the air channel was out of work. The results of application showed that: after improvement, air channel blurring and scratches on carton were effectively avoided, the draw resistance and the amount of tobacco loss from cigarette end did not change significantly, the rebounding noise of released carton reduced from 69 to 54 dB, there was audible alarm when air channel was out of work, and the stability of machine running was improved.
