Abstract:
The effector protein of type III secretion system in
Ralstonia solanacearum is one of the major factors affecting the pathogenicity of
Ralstonia solanacearum, the effector proteins could be directly injected into plant cells by type III secretion system. In order to know the information about type III effector proteins(T3Es) in
Ralstonia solanacearum, on the basis of complete sequence genomic data of FQY_4 strian of
Ralstonia solanacearum, T3Es were analyzed by bioinformatic software and database. The results showed that 74 T3Es were encoded on the chromosome and mega-plasmid of FQY_4, most of them were of one copy only, except that RipT, RipAM and RipTPS were of multiple copies and RipJ was able to encode on chromosome and mega-plasmid. There were 32 core T3Es in the 11 strains with published genomic sequence of four phylotypes (Phylotype I, II, III, IV) of
Ralstonia solanacearum.
