Study on Tobacco Blend Grouping of Chinese Type Cigarette

  • 摘要: 为探索合理、科学的中式卷烟叶组配方分组方法,通过对烟叶常规化学成分的检测及感官评吸,按照各指标在性质上的亲疏程度,利用系统多元聚类方法,从主要常规化学指标和感官评吸结果两方面进行聚类分析,对比分析了分组的合理性及其在卷烟加工过程中的可行性。结果表明,以烟叶的化学指标进行叶组配方分组,能避免按感官评吸、产地、等级及部位等进行分组所受的主观因素的影响;利用多元聚类分析方法能够科学地按烟叶理化指标在性质上的亲疏程度进行分类;分组结果的合理与否,既要考虑卷烟生产加工的可行性,还要比较各叶组模块的感官质量特征差异。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop a reasonable and scientific grouping method for the tobacco blend of Chinese type cigarette, the routine chemical analysis and panel testing results of tobacco leaves were cluster analyzed separately, according to the degree of compatibility in characteristics of individual composition.The rationality and feasibility of the resultant processing groups in tobacco were compared.The results showed that the possible influence of subjective factors in grouping based on sensory test, growing area, grade, stalk position, and etc, was avoided by grouping in accordance with chemical compositions.Tobacco leaves could be scientifically grouped by cluster analysis based on the compatibility in characteristics of their chemical compositions.The rationality of tobacco grouping in a cigarette blend must be judged by the feasibility in tobacco processing and comparing the differences of smoking character between the groups.
