Abstract: The makeup of machine vision system was introduced;taking GDX2 packing machine as an example, the hardware and image processing of machine vision system based on PC were also presented, including illumination, synchronization of detecting signal, software, comparative algorithm of image characteristics, rejection of defective packets.
