摘要: 在贮丝柜出料装置上增设了故障检测装置并利用LOGO!230RC作为安全保护控制器,解决了贮丝柜出料过程中发生的堵料现象,保证了出料装置的正常安全运行。介绍了故障检测装置的安装方法以及LOGO!230RC的保护原理和控制电路。

Abstract: Adding failure detectors and using LOGO! 230RC as a safety controller in the cut filler silo, tobacco blocking while discharging was avoided, reliable and safe running of the discharge device was ensured.The setting of failure detectors, the principle and control circuit of LOGO! 230RC were introduced.
