Abstract: The volatile components in tart fruit concrete were extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction, and then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC/MS.Sixty-two compounds were identified.The tart fruit concrete was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panelists.The results indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and smoking quality was improved.
