Design of Paper Splice Detecting System

摘要: 为了剔除接头烟支,在卷烟纸及接装纸供给位置加装对射式光纤检测传感器检测物体的透光度,识别并由剔除阀剔除接头烟支。应用结果表明,该系统检测精度达100%,误剔除率为0。

Abstract: A device for detecting the splice of tipping paper or cigarette paper in filter cigarette maker was designed.An optical fiber sensor was added at the feeding location of tipping paper or cigarette paper to detect the transparence of the object, the cigarettes wrapped with spliced paper were identified and rejected via a rejection valve.
