烟草与黄瓜花叶病毒互作中过氧化氢酶活性的变化

Change of Catalase Activity in Interaction of Tobacco and Cucumber Mosaic Virus

  • 摘要: 研究了12个不同抗性水平的烟草品种接种黄瓜花叶病毒前后过氧化氢酶活性的动态变化及其与烟草抗病性的关系。结果表明,接种病毒后抗、感品种的过氧化氢酶活性总体水平比对照降低,但酶活性的动态变化规律与烟草抗病性之间的相关性并不显著。利用DPS数据处理系统分析表明:酶活性变化差值及其平均值与病情指数之间均不存在显著相关性,说明以接种前后植物体内酶活性的变化值作为抗病性鉴定的指标在烟草-黄瓜花叶病毒体系中是不可行的。

     

    Abstract: The change of catalase activity in 12 tobacco cultivars with different resistances after inoculating cucumber mosaic virus and its relationship with tobacco resistance were studied.The results showed that the catalase activity in resistant or susceptible cultivars was lower than that of the control;however, there was no significant correlation between the change of catalase activity and the resistance of tobacco cultivar.Analyzing with Data Progress System, indicated that there was no significant correlation between the change of catalase activity or its average value and disease index.It is not feasible to use the change of catalase activity before and after inoculation as an indication of plant resistance in tobacco-CMV interaction system.
