Expansion and Utilization of Tobacco Fines Generated from Threshing

摘要: 为充分利用烟叶资源,提高打叶碎烟的利用率,采用烟丝膨胀工艺,对打叶碎烟进行了膨胀处理。检测和评吸结果表明,膨胀碎烟的实际利用率较高,在常规膨胀烟丝中掺兑5%的膨胀碎烟能够满足卷烟配方的需要,不会对产品感官质量产生明显影响,具有较显著的经济效益。

Abstract: In order to make full use of tobacco fines (0.8-3mm), the fines was expanded.The results showed that when the inclusion of the expanded tobacco fines in regular expanded cut tobacco at a rate of up to 5%, the sensory quality of cigarette was not obviously influenced.
