摘要: 在切丝机源程序中嵌入PROFIBUS-DP总线诊断功能块FB125,对于总线诊断功能块的调用和参数进行了说明,并介绍了总线从站设置和诊断数据处理以及PROFIBUS-DP总线系统图形信息自诊断功能的监控画面。该功能也可应用于其他使用PROFIBUS-DP总线系统,以提高总线控制的可靠性以及系统的自诊断能力。

Abstract: A diagnosing function block FB125 of PROFIBUS-DP field bus was embedded in the source program of tobacco cutter, the access and parameters of the function block were explained, and the sub-station setup, processing of diagnosing data, and the monitoring frames of self-diagnosing function of graphical information in PROFIBUS-DP bus system were also introduced.This function could be applied to other systems where PROFIBUS-DP is in place to improve control reliability and self-diagnosing ability.
