Pneumatic Drying and its Application in Tobacco Processing: a Review

  • 摘要: 综述了气流干燥技术的原理、特点及其设备的研究进展和气流干燥对烟丝物理特性、化学成分及感官质量的影响,并与传统的滚筒烘丝方式进行了比较。运用计算机技术对烟草气流干燥过程进行数学模拟是今后深入研究的必要手段和重要方向。

     

    Abstract: The principle, characteristics and advance in system development of pneumatic drying were reviewed and the influences of pneumatic drying on the physical properties, chemical components and sensory quality of cut tobacco were compared with traditional cylinder drying.It was believed that the mathematical simulation of tobacco pneumatic drying by means of computer technology would be a prerequisite tool and a representative of research direction for future studies.
