Abstract: The approaches of keyword selecting and abstract composing of scientific and technological theses were introduced in detail, the sense and selection of keyword, general guidelines of keyword selection, and the four elements which made up an abstract:objective, method, result and conclusion, were explained with practical examples.The things should be attended to in keyword selecting and abstract composing were also pointed out.
