改进HAUNI烘丝机控制模式降低烘丝干头干尾量

Improving Control Mode of HAUNI Cut Tobacco Dryer to Reduce Over-dried Cut Tobacco

摘要: 针对HAUNI 5000kg/h烘丝机在烘丝过程中出现的干头干尾量偏大问题,对其运行状态和控制模式进行了分析,从设备和控制系统优化两方面进行了改进。运行结果表明,改进后与改进前相比,烘丝机产生的干头干尾量由110kg降低到30kg。

Abstract: A considerable amount of cut tobacco was over-dried during start and finish of drying operation of 5000kg/h HAUNI cut tobacco dryer, the running state and control mode were analyzed, the equipment and control system were improved and optimized.After improving, the amount of over-dried cut tobacco was reduced from 110kg to 30kg.
