小鱼仙草挥发油的制备及加香试验

Preparation of Volatile Oil from Mosla dianthera Maxim and its Application in Tobacco Flavoring

摘要: 为开发新的天然烟用香料资源,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取出小鱼仙草挥发油,平均提取率为0.53%,并对其进行了卷烟加香效果试验。评吸结果表明,在烤烟型卷烟中添加适量的小鱼仙草挥发油有明显改善和修饰香气、掩盖杂气、改善余味的作用,其参考添加量为1.5×10^-5~2×10^-5。

Abstract: In order to develop the new resource of natural tobacco flavors, the dry flowers of Mosla dianthera Maxim were extracted with steam distillation.The average yield of resultant volatile oil was about 0.53%.The oil was applied into cigarettes and panel tested.The results showed that the oil can obviously enhance and modify flavors, mask offensive odors, and improve after taste.The recommended addition rate is 1.5×10^-5 to 2×10^-5.
